Facility Use Agreement – Non-Birchwood Events
All non-Birchwood events are subject to building use fees.
Birchwood gives priority to its members in scheduling weddings, but we welcome others from the community to celebrate their wedding with us as a part of our outreach ministry in praise and gratitude to God for the gift of our beautiful church facility.
Weddings for non-members can be confirmed nine months prior to the wedding date (minimum of 6 months). Pastors from other Christian organizations must be approved by the leadership of Birchwood church before they may officiate a wedding at Birchwood.
The first step in planning a wedding at Birchwood is to contact the office at (360) 733-8860 ext. 114 to check on date availability, receive the policy booklet and to schedule a tour of the facility.
Receptions will only be scheduled at Birchwood for BPC members and regular attenders.
