Men's Friday Morning Fellowship
Also known as "Men's Breakfast" this group formed because the Men's Retreat was not enough time together. The need to meet and greet one another, to eat, to share and reflect on the daily issues in each man's life is a tremendous source of support among these brothers in Christ. Men, drop in at 6:30 am on the 2nd or 4th Friday of the month in the Palm Room and see how quickly you are enfolded into this group of men. For more information contact Doug Robertson.
Men's Retreat
Birchwood will host a Men's Retreat on Friday, May 7 through Saturday, May 8 at Cedar Springs Christian Retreat Center in Sumas, WA. This years theme is "Following Jesus Outside the Walls" and our speaker will be Mike Neelley, pastor of Tierra Nueva Ministries in Burlington. Tierra Nueva (New Earth) is a ministry that shares the Good News of God's liberation in Jesus Christ with ex-offenders, recovering addicts, migrant farm workers and others in need of Christ's love.
